The Diploma in Hotel Management Program provides students with comprehensive knowledge of all the departments in Star Hotels. The program covers topics on Food Production, Bakery & Confectionary, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage service and Front office Management.
Students also develop in English and Hotel French. Hotel Engineering Maintenance, Facility Planning, Travel and Tourism, Principles of Management, Hotel Accountancy, Hotel Law and Entrepreneurship help to manage and practice entrepreneurship skills. They will also understand the importance of professional ethics, grooming, attitude and responsibilities.
